3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the personal nature of our handmade soaps and face packs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

• In case of a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video), and we will address the issue at our discretion.

• Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing an order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe mentioned on our website.

• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Any such claims must be raised with the courier service.

     a. Order Processing Time

     b. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

      We ship via ShipRocket, and delivery times vary based on location:

       Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

      Free shipping on orders above INR 599.

    d. Delays & Lost Packages
       We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues. If your package is lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in          tracking it.

    e. Address & Delivery Issues 
         Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the           customer.
